If you want to make sure that your estate passes to the right person or entity after death let me prepare your will, a deed transferable on dead or a trust.

A will allows you, not the state, to designate who is to receive your assets after death.

If your only asset is real property and you want to forego probate I can prepare a deed transferable on death. The title to the property will automatically transfer to the grantee upon your death.

I can also prepare general powers of attorney if needed.
