I am licensed in the State of Texas and I am able to practice in any area of Texas state law. I am licensed to practice federal law in the Southern and Western Districts of Texas. Prior to practicing exclusively in the area of bankruptcy law (since 1997), I was a civil litigator and juvenile prosecutor.

College Degrees
I attended the University of Texas in Austin and received my Bachelor of Arts in 1979. After working for a Fortune 500 company for several years I went back to school and attended South Texas College of Law where I received my Doctorate of Jurisprudence. In 2006 I also received my real estate license and I provide real estate services in addition to my legal services.
